Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with experience in construction? Join our team as a Project Accountant and play a key role in managing the financial lifecycle of our construction projects from contract review through final closeout.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Review & Setup
- Review and interpret owner contracts for accounting and invoicing requirements
- Set up and maintain projects in the accounting system aligned with contract terms
Billing & Reporting
- Lead the monthly draw process for active construction projects
- Prepare and distribute billing reports; ensure labor and expenses align with contracts
- Submit accurate invoice packages on schedule, including required documentation
Financial Management & Compliance
- Meet month-end and quarterly reporting deadlines
- Review cost coding, vendor invoices, and manage applied/unapplied payments
- Adhere to our company’s ethical standards and accounting practices
Client Interaction & Relationship Management
- Serve as a financial advisor to Project Managers from project award to closeout
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-up
- Proactively resolve payment or billing issues
Collaboration & Problem-Solving
- Partner with Project Managers to address financial issues and discrepancies
- Assist with aging reports and financial forecasting
Document & Compliance Management
- Upload and manage documents in the project database
- Monitor compliance with contract terms across multi-state projects
Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Manage AP/AR for assigned projects
- Process lien waivers and accurately record transactions
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams on financial matters
- Act as a liaison for external accounting and project-related inquiries
Other Duties
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Contribute to a culture of inclusivity, trust, and accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of office experience, preferably in construction or project support
- Strong accounting background; construction industry experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience working with Construction Project Managers a strong plus
- Excellent communication skills, especially with external stakeholders
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong at juggling multiple deadlines
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll be the critical link between clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams—ensuring safety, quality, budgets, and timelines stay on track.
What You’ll Do
Preconstruction
- Develop and manage bid/estimate processes
- Review scopes and qualify bids
- Execute buyouts and develop base budgets
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Produce submittal logs and maintain client communication
Construction
- Lead OAC meetings
- Track and communicate change order costs
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on progress, costs, and forecasting
- Partner with Superintendents on QC, safety, and scheduling
Post-Construction
- Collect and organize closeout documents and warranty information
- Deliver O&M manuals to the client
- Coordinate facility training sessions
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, , or Engineering Architecture preferred)
- 5+ years of successful project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of A/E/C industry practices

What You’ll Do
As a Project Engineer, you’ll support all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and execution:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting for project execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Support the Project Manager with change orders and payment applications
- Work closely with Superintendents on document control and scheduling
- Attend weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings and maintain meeting minutes
- Prepare project closeout documents
- Assist with project bidding and maintain as-built documentation
What We’re Looking For

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. This role plays a crucial part in helping our company win bids and ensure profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Estimator Responsibilities:
- Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Develop and maintain a database of pricing, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid submission processes.
- Track and maintain historical cost data and assist in cost control and project planning.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and evaluate risks associated with project budgets.
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and provide value engineering suggestions.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure budget alignment.
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in construction estimating, preferably with a general contractor.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficient in estimating software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

A Day in the Life
- Identify and develop relationships with key industry professionals to uncover and pursue new business opportunities
- Create and expand the company's footprint while establishing strong top-of-mind brand awareness
- Establish profitable, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across target industries
- Research and analyze economic trends and market data to inform outreach strategy and sales planning
- Track sales pipeline and relationship development within a CRM platform
- Manage and coordinate the full sales/proposal process with internal teams, including marketing, preconstruction, project management, and senior leadership
- Attend trade shows, association meetings, and industry events to stay informed, monitor competition, and build valuable connections
