Open Positions
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Superintendent to join our team. The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day on-site management, ensuring construction safety, utilizing strong organizational skills, budgeting, and project management to oversee and complete projects with a keen eye for detail.

Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and budget
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Effectively communicating with Subcontractors, Owners, Designers
- Produce three week look ahead schedules
- Direct onsite labor and trades
- Coordinate routine site foreman meetings to maintain design intent and overall schedule
- Monitor overall site quality
- Assist PM on overall schedule and working within the set budget
- Document progress, safety, and quality on a daily basis
Qualifications for Success:
- Minimum 5-10 years in mid to large scale projects
- Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
- Ability to coordinate site utilities
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Ability to schedule, multitask, and supervise
- Ability to work with Microsoft suite software
- Procore knowledge a plus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. As a Project Engineer for Bingman, you will work closely with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain schedules, and ensure quality control.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
- Manage submittal process
- Prepare and manage Request for Information process
- Prepare and assist Project Manager in processing change orders
- Assist Project Superintendent(s) to maintain document control
- Coordinate with Superintendent(s) and update schedules
- Attend and maintain weekly meeting minutes for Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings
- Prepare closeout documents for project completion
- Coordinate with Project Manager establishing monthly Payment Applications
- Assist in bidding of projects when required.
- Manage and update contract documents over the course of the project (as-built drawings)
Qualifications for Success:
- Proven experience as a construction project engineer or similar role

Project Manager Responsibilities:
Preconstruction
- Develop and maintain the bid/estimate process
- Qualify bids through scope review and prior work
- Produce contractual documents that fulfill the intended scope of work through buyout
- Develop base budget and maintain throughout completion of project
- Develop project schedule
- Clearly communicate to client
- Produce submittal log
Construction
- Coordinate and run OAC meetings
- Provide costs on an ongoing basis for change orders
- Develop progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis as a client deliverable, which will update the overall costs, schedule, and forecasting
- Heavily coordinate with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, costs, and schedule are maintained
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with all parties involved with the project
Post Construction
- Ensure all subcontractors/vendors have provided closeout documents and warranty information
- Organize, package, and deliver to client the Operation and Maintenance manuals
- Set up training sessions with facility members
Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus)
- Communication Skills
- Business Requirements and Knowledge of A/E/C industry
- Project Management Experience (5+ years with success)

HR Manager Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for employee relations matters
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Responsible for developing and retaining talent
